Ingredients:
1 carrot, julienned
1 onion, sliced
100 g bean sprouts
1/4 cabbage, chopped
1 small piece of ginger, grated
2 tablespoons sesame oil
150 g pork belly, sliced
Salt and pepper
1000 ml water
600 ml milk
4 tablespoons chicken stock powder
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
300 g seafood mix
300 g pasta (or ramen noodles)
Water (for boiling pasta)
Steps:
Heat sesame oil in a pot. Sauté ginger, carrot, onion, cabbage, and bean sprouts.
Add pork belly, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Pour in 1000 ml water, milk, chicken stock, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add seafood mix and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Boil pasta in a separate pot of water. Drain and divide into bowls.
Pour the soup and toppings over the pasta. Serve hot.
